Daily Orange Newspaper Layout
As a design editor for Syracuse's Univeristy independent newspaper, I had the responsibility of creating a section of the print edition spreads. Rotating between News, Culture, and Sports, I learned to communicate with varying teams fitting an ever-changing news cycle. Meeting hard deadlines I would have 5 hours in the new room to fit the section's stories, grab readers' attention, and further the article's visual storytelling before it was packaged to the printer.
